Social Responsibilty

Zocalo Foods and Zocalo Pan Dulce is committed to being socially responsible in every way it can. Which is why giving back is also a part of our culture and values. We are constantly looking for ways to give back in any way that we can. And after much thought and carefully analyzing different causes, we have decided that we will donate $1 of every sale to causes that help end hunger.

Being a food company, it only makes sense that a cause like this would be on top of our list. In The United States alone, 1 in 8 people struggle with hunger. We look at the ratings done by Charity Navigator and Charity Watch to make sure that most of the money (at least 90%) that they get is actually spent on the cause and not on making some greedy CEO rich at our expense. We have decided to donate to FeedingAmerica.org  $1 for every sale that we make. This is good for 11 meals to people facing hunger. For more information visit www.FeedingAmerica.org
